Construction Process


			We take all necessary steps to protect your home and yard from damage. We use a motorized buggy to cart the concrete so the heavy concrete truck stays on the street, not in your yard or on the driveway. We protect the walls of your house from concrete splatter. We have the soil treated for prevention of termites and we lay down a vapor barrier under the slab.

			There I am using a laser transit instrument for the most accurate dimensions possible. We field measure every job to an accuracy of plus or minus 1/16th of an inch, so that we can then custom fabricate the wall frames in the controlled environment of our shop.

			Detailed shop drawings are derived from the jobsite measurements and the walls are then fabricated in our shop producing the best finished product possible. This far exceeds the results that can be achieved by cutting, drilling, and assembling with hand tools in your backyard, not to mention it minimizes the amount of time you are inconvenienced with workers at your home.

			Our room installers are our employees, not subcontractors, this ensures that every job we do is of the same consistent quality that we have built our reputation on. We can tie the roof into your existing house roof to build any size room at any height you desire.

			We conceal the electrical wiring inside of our insulated knee walls, so that the finished outlets are flush mounted.

			Every window is custom measured, ordered, and custom built to fit the exact openings of your room dependent on what size and height you chose.
