Doug Schnorr
President
Mr. Schnorr founded Schnorr Home Improvements in 1979. He is a native of Jacksonville Florida, and is a certified Residential, and a certified Specialty Structure contractor. He is also a founding member of the Aluminum Association of Florida – Northeast Chapter. Married with 4 children, he is active in his community and enjoys boating, camping, and spends extensive time with several youth activities.

Kenny Chastain
Production Supervisor
Mr. Chastain has been with Schnorr Home Improvements for over 25 years. He has been involved with all aspects of the companies growth, and has held many different positions with the company. As production supervisor, he is involved with every post sales phase of each job, from production scheduling to follow up service and support.

Philip Hughes
Sales Manager
As a resident of Jacksonville for over 31 years, Mr. Hughes joined Schnorr Home Improvements in 1993. Prior to taking on the leadership of the sales department, he spent a couple of years in the installation end of the business. He is a graduate of the University of North Florida, very actively involved with his son in many athletic activities, and is totally dedicated to the Schnorr philosophy of providing each customer with the absolute very best product and final result.

Mary Ann Schnorr
Office Manager
Mary Ann has been with Schnorr Home Improvements for over 19 years. Living in the Jacksonville area since 1985, she is married to Marc Schnorr, and is responsible for all customer service, accounting, and payroll functions at the company.

Bill Cummings
Permits
Living in Jacksonville for over 28 years, Bill joined Schnorr Home Improvements in 1989. With over 11 years of field installation experience, he is very qualified to handle all aspects of the building permit process. He also prepares all three dimensional drawings for Architectural review, and coordinates all final job inspections.
