As a resident of Jacksonville for over 31 years, Mr. Hughes joined Schnorr Home Improvements in 1993. Prior to taking on the leadership of the sales department, he spent a couple of years in the installation end of the business. He is a graduate of the University of North Florida, very actively involved with his son in many athletic activities, and is totally dedicated to the Schnorr philosophy of providing each customer with the absolute very best product and final result.

Mr. Schnorr has been involved with sales and management for over 45 years, and joined the Schnorr Home Improvement team after retiring from the Cain & Bultman Zenith division in 1995. A native of Jacksonville Florida, he is the proud parent of the companies founder.
