Fantastic company!  From the initial evaluation by Pete, to the installation handled by John and Frank, it was an overall excellent experience!  Pete brings a unique depth of knowledge to projects that was extremely refreshing.  And both John are Frank are extremely hardworking and competent, in addition to being super friendly. This was a great idea. Quite pleased with the results. Our back screened patio is enjoyable up until the cold, followed by pollen season. Both rendered it unusable for months. Our property backs up to a wood line, the pollen is brutal. Power washing the patio is necessary before outdoor season. Several neighbors have used Schnorr, and gave rave reviews. Only recommendation was get the tinted vinyl. Vinyl?? It’s not glass? Had no idea. We took a ride to the shop and checked out the product, pretty cool, and tough. The sales pitch was easy, we didn’t make the effort hard. lol. The job was scheduled, and completed in one day. There was a wait for the product, didn’t matter to us. We have an eastern facing patio, so the sun is an issue til it’s not. The vinyl comes in tints, clear, gray or bronze. The bronze matches the house. The windows were installed on the inside of the screen, perfect with the typical screened porch build out. The windows are light, removable with ease, and cleanable. They slide in tracks and are lockable. The screen door gets the same treatment and a threshold is installed making it a bit critter proof. The picture shows the windows open to see the darkness when overlapped, (which cuts the sun a bit, and the morning sun in the eyes is better) I did have to vacate the lizard, since his food source is no more.

I have been using schnorr for 16 years +.Every eight years they replace my vinyl windows & screens in my Florida room.Got with Joe and went with all glass windows.Should have done this sooner. Sean and his son are remarkable.Thay are true Artisans by trade I'm a machinist. I pay close attention to detail. And I have 0 issues. From Scheduling to finish project Dan answers all questions. 10/10 - would love to work with the Schnorr team again. We had our existing covered lanai converted into a glass-enclosed sunroom to serve as a play area for our daughter. From start to finish, there was constant communication, all timelines were met/exceeded, the workmanship was great, and everyone from sales, to scheduling, to install was a pleasure to work with. Shouts to everyone that was involved with our project: We started working with Pete in sales who was a joy to work with and very professional. He fully understood what we wanted and brought it to life during a seamless contracting phase. From there, Thomas came out to measure - he texted us before arrival and was done with his measurements in minutes. Not long after measurements were submitted, I heard from Dan, who led the project from a PM perspective. Dan is the man. Great communication, ran a smooth project, and came out after completion to do a simple walk around to assure quality. Very pleased with our experience working with Dan. Frank and John, who did the framing + door/window install were a blast to have on site. Such friendly guys, did great work, and were always on time. Can't say enough good things about these guys. Ben, who did our tile floors - great energy, super friendly, and phenomenal tile install. We are absolutely thrilled with the floors in our sunroom and would love to work with Ben again. Sean & his son, who came out to prep the ceiling for insulation install, were also a pleasure to have and did great work while showing high amounts of care for the finished space. Eric & Maurice, who blew in the attic space insulation - professional, on time, and did great work. Also like to mention Brandon & Caleb with Tropic Aire who did our outlet install. Great guys, very polite, and knocked that part of the project out in less than an hour. Lastly, shouts to Camille at the office who was always so friendly when I would visit the office to look at samples and Mary Ann who supported a flawless invoicing / payment process while being so nice through email. We went under contract 8/1 and had our final inspection 11/20 - under 4 months start to finish - no lie TWICE as fast as other companies that we sought quotes from, while being priced similarly and in-line with other contractors.
